1. In NY the "cool breeze" is really an artic wave of frigid air that penetrates any insulated goretexed microfleecy waterproofed coat...even if it costs $150 and makes the wearer look like the staypuff marshmellow man... so I'm goig with "warm sunshine"!

2. Miss mowing the lawn... uh, except for that time I didn't see the dog poo. ick.

3. flowers! flowers! flowers! they never have to be raked, bagged or blown!!!

4. summer clothes still not unpacked from last winter!!! our crappy NY summer was only in the 70's most weeks! with really cold summer nights... I slept with my winter blanket all summer long!!!!

5. I miss the light!!! Although I bought a headlamp... and wear it most mornings...yea, yea, I know... Benny the dork with the staypuff marshmellow man suit and the bobbing headlamp!!!

6. rain is ok. snow is bad. anyone else try sitting in their car with the defroster and wipers on for hours instead of scraping the ice and snow off the windshield? anyone else do 'lazy scraping' like me? 2 or 3 inch little portals of cleared windows instead of scraping it all off?
