Yes, I caught that too! There were many snaffoos on Hunter. Another example is during the fourth season in part one of the episode, "Naked Justice." Hunter interviewed a woman who said her sister died "intestate". Then a minute later the same woman says that she is waiting for her sister's "will to be probated." Um....if you die "intestate" that means you have NO will. So how could you have a will probated if you died intestate, meaning there is no will? Helloooooo....where were the editors? LOL
