Why H&M never really married each other!

The answer to that question is simple....DEATH! One of them would have ended up dead if not both. Think about it....everybody who either married or was engaged to either of them wound up dead.

For example:

1.McCall's husband, Steve McCall, ended up dead; killed in the line of duty.
2. In the episode "Crossfire" Hunter was thinking about marrying Teri. Well, he couldn't because she ended up dead! She was capped!
3. In the movie, "Return of Hunter: Everyone Walks in L.A." Hunter was engaged to Vicki. Well, Vicki ended up dead; again she was killed.
4. In the movie, "Return to Justice" McCall was engaged to Roger; he ended up dead; he was capped also.

So you see, it was much safer if H&M just remained friends because engagement or marriage could have been deadly! LOL
