Hi, gang.

Some or all of you may remember the reply I got before. I asked "Lifetime" if they'd consider featuring SK and they made it sound like she wasn't good enough for them.

Sporty and I had talked about writing to them and I think more of you were interested, but hadn't written yet.

I just sent them another email and I let them know how I felt about it all, and asked them to reconsider asking her to appear.

Here is the first reply I got from them -

Dear Viewer,

Thank you for your email.

We appreciate your interest, however, subjects profiled on Lifetime's
"Intimate Portrait" are nationally known celebrities in the fields of
entertainment, politics and the arts.

We hope you continue to enjoy watching Lifetime.

How rude!
What do they want from the woman?!
So, I just sent this - -

To whom it may concern:

I'm sending my second letter to ask you about featuring actress, Stepfanie Kramer on "Intimate Portrait".

When I asked if you would consider asking her to appear on the show, I was basically told that she wasn't worthy of the show. To help with my point, I have pasted your first reply here -

Stepfanie Kramer does fit into your description - "subjects profiled on Lifetime's "Intimate Portrait" are nationally known celebrities in the fields of entertainment, politics and the arts." - Doesn't she?

Stepfanie may be best known for her character; Sgt. Dee Dee McCall of "Hunter", but she's done so much more.

She's a fantastic actress, she has a music CD, (another one in progress) and you've even featured her on your network in your movies. She's very active in the field of entertainment as well as various charities and organizations that are for the best interest of many.

What more does she need to be, in order to fit your ideal "portrait"? I was very disappointed with your reply. So, I'm writing again, and asking again.

Will you please contact Ms. Kramer and ask if she'd be interested in being on your show. Perhaps she won't take offense to what was said in your first reply and take you up on your offer.

I know several other fans who want to see her on your show and have thought of contacting you about it. After I let them read your reply, they were just as shocked as I was.

I'm a huge fan of Ms. Kramer's and I feel you owe her a fair chance, and an apology.

If you ever decide to contact her, please tell her that she has many fans; myself included that support her in being the topic of your show.

Sincerely,

(Of course I put my real name here)

Anyone else up for the cause?
