Massive fraud and financial mismanagement being revealed at UNITECH

Just heard from someone high up that the extent of the financial mismanagement under former VC Misty Baloiloi is only now becoming apparent. Apparently UNITECH was placed long ago on monthly allocations of fund to keep them on a tight rope because of the extent of financial mismanagement. Hopefully there will be a formal investigation to see who is involved.It does not look good for former VC Baloiloi and others, including Registrar Allan Sako, both contesting in the elections.
