UPNG IT - A Big Joke!....lol

In the Marcos era, UPNG IT, though there were less number of computers for students, atleast the IT did its best so students can have access to the internet. Now, after Marcos is gone, UPNG is blessed to have so many computers, even each school wants their own computer labs. That is good for the students, but how can all these computer labs and the network in general be maintained when the whole UPNG IT Services is full of people who are incompetent or more to say, unqualified...lol...thats joke.

Most of them IT staff are still in the text book mode. When there is a problem they refer to text books or internet for solutions. I have seen them. They weed out the best staff and maintain the worse ones....

Anyways it is all there for anyone to see. Just bring a run down computer to the ITS and believe me it will collect dust down there...hehehe!
