I have a 40' 2007 Monaco Diplomat. Does anyone have any experience with getting LP Gas delivered to a Class A motorhome parked at your home. I have LP Gas for cooking and gas fire place at home. When I called my gas guy to ask him to fill the tank in the belly of the motorhome, he said I have to bring the tank in to the yard, and that he can not deliver to an RV. I told him that the tank was permanently mounted and it was not ment to be taken out to be filled, he said, "drive the RV here and I will fill the tank, it is against the law to fill RV LP Gas tanks at your house.

I know he is wrong and he is hanging his hat on the law that says he can not deliver LP Gas to 10 or 20 lb BBQ type tanks that are mounted on front of a trailer. The tip off here is that the fill port on the Monaco LP Gas tank is the same size as the fill port on the 200lb tank that is in the back of my house.

I was wondering if anyone can shed some light on this issue, I have Googled my fingers to the bone searching for laws concerning LP Gas delivery to a Class A motorhome. Thanking all responders in advance.
