No packers or Indian Reservation. After 2 Titcomb/Pinedale attempts, we summitted via Dubois and the Glacier Trail. It was harder, but we got lucky with the weather. If you can handle one LONG summit day starting way pre-dawn, go Titcomb. It's easier (not easy), and prettier. Early July on an average snow year is a good time to go.
