Having seen all the trailers and hype for "Lake Placid" (i.e. northern lake, mysterious deaths, monster crocodile), am I the only one who feels that it's a poor knock-off of "Quagmire"? It's a sad world when movies have to be based on a single television _epidode_! And they probably won't do it as well anyway. <sigh>
