You are perfecting nothing more than getting handouts from people or organisations outside PNG. Why does the PNG government constantly preach to people in the village that they should get rid of handout mentality yet the other hand of the government is trying to bring in more handouts from abroad instead of leading the example of being self sufficient and living within our own means? You'd be surprised how rich PNG would become if we could kick the lazy-causing handout mentality at ALL levels. That includes the level you are working at!
