Maybe you did not read what the person wrote. The person mentioned he taught for 20 years in the education sector so he has many of his students in the PNG workforce. So I think he/she already made his/her "K10 million be teaching a new generation". I am happy for this person. He served PNG for 20 years first before before going overseas UNLIKE SOME who get an education overseas and never return. But in the end it is personal choice. Em tasol.
