Independent Canadian singer/songwriter Danielle French met Burton several years ago at a Canada Day Event and eventually coaxed him into the studio during the recording of her latest CD 'Piece'. Burton was more than happy to oblige~ he played piano on 2 tracks, "As the Crow Flies" and "Howards' Song" and also sang on the gloomy, doom-weighted duet “To the Death”.
