White Butte---9/2/05

I did this HP, my fifteenth, on the way home from a trip that took me to WA and MT where I hit Iowa, S. Dakota, and Washington hps. The dirt road to the HP and hike was uneventful. I left a deposit in their box requesting contributions. The view of the flat land surrounding White Butte was nice. After this I drive the rest of the way home to Illinois after a great trip west.
