Just hiked Angel's Landing in Zion with millions of predominately German tourists.
The Boy Scouts ahead of us were unattended and running up the mountain joking about falling off. In my flying days, we said "confidence breeds contempt." I guess it's no different in the mountains.
There's a beautiful hike from Scout's Lookout at the base of Angel's Landing, that meanders away from all of the crowds to a secluded campground. I'd like to hear about the site from those who have camped there. Didn't have time to visit on this trip.

The little white dots on the road are double tour buses. The little white dots on the mountain are outhouses at the base of Scout Lookout. Yes, this hike really makes everything below look really small!
