Looking for Celestine Tia

Hey,

If anyone out there can help me, i'm loking for a sis of mine, Celestine Tia of Fort Hood,Texas. We went to Primary School together, then she moved to Texas in 1999. If anyone has any info, please help me out.

Ft Hood is a military Base ..one of the Biggest in The free world...
I work on fort Hood on and off everyweek..is your friend in the amy? or Parents maybe..
