Startling new accusations against Blackwater and its founder Erik Prince include murdering informants, smuggling weapons, and promoting Christian supremacy, sex rings, and child prostitution.

New accusations targeting Blackwater USA founder and CEO Erik Prince were filed last night in federal court in Virginia.

The allegationsmade by two men who claim that they are former Blackwater employeeslink Prince to alleged homicides, arms smuggling and financial irregularities at the company. Blackwater, now called XE Services LLC, was until recently the largest private military contractor in Iraq, with a billion-dollar contract with the American government for security.

The men appear in the affidavits as John Does, claiming anonymity because they fear for their lives if discovered.

The papers were filed in a federal court in Virginia by families of dead Iraqis under the federal Alien Tort Claims Act, a statute that authorizes foreigners to bring suits for violations of the laws of nations, including torture and war crimes. In the litigation, Blackwater is accused of having caused the death of 17 Iraqi civilians in a September 16, 2007, incident at Nisoor Square in Baghdad; five Iraqi civilians in a September 9, 2007, incident at al-Watahba Square in Baghdad; as well as a significant number of other incidents. Prince is named as a defendant in several of the cases. Blackwater has made a motion to dismiss the case. The affidavits were filed in support of the plaintiffs opposition to the motion to dismiss.

Among the accusations:

* Both men requested anonymity to avoid mortal threats. It appears that Mr. Prince or his employees murdered, or had murdered, one or more persons who have provided information, or who were planning to provide information, to the federal authorities, said John Doe #1. John Doe #2 says he received personal threats after leaving Blackwater.

* Prince views himself as a Christian crusader tasked with eliminating Muslims and the Islamic faith from the globe. He intentionally deployed to Iraq certain men who shared his vision of Christian supremacy, knowing and wanting these men to take every available opportunity to murder Iraqis.

* Blackwater employees openly and consistently used racist and derogatory terms of Iraqis and other Arabs, such as 'ragheads or hajis.

* Blackwater deployed to Iraq individuals who (a) made statements about wanting to kill ragheads or achieve kills or body counts, (b) drank excessively, (c) used steroids, and (d) failed to follow safety and other instructions governing the use of lethal weapons. Mental-health professionals who raised concerns about deployment of such individuals were fired.

* Prince obtained illegal ammunition designed to explode after penetrating within the human body and smuggled it into Iraq for use.

* Prince distributed other illegal weapons for use in Iraq.

* Prince was aware of the use of prostitutes, including child prostitutes, at Blackwaters Man Camp in Iraq, which he visited.

* Princes North Carolina operations had an ongoing wife-swapping and sex ring, which was participated in by many top executives.

* Prince generated substantial revenues from participating in the illegal arms trade. He hid the revenue.

* Blackwaters former chief financial officer resigned stating he was not willing to go to jail for Erik Prince.

* John Doe # 1 describes unloading bags of dog food in Baghdad and finding they contained weapons along with the dog food.

Because these are the same people involved in Sandline and the Boungainville atrocities when thousands of PNG citizens were tortured and murdered by PNGDF and mercenaries such as Sandline.
