Why are people from here so keen to fill my Inbox?

I've had so many emails asking about canings at Bacon's School that I'm seriously thinking of charging £10 per reply.

What I want to know is what's so interesting about it?

You are obviously not a flagellophile, or you would not have asked the question about why people here are interested in corporal punishment. All of our hours awake (and many of those asleep) our minds are preoccupied with this wonderful subject.

Before the advent of the world wide web we would spend hours looking up the word ‘spank’ in dictionaries and reading through thousands of volumes of autobiography in the hope that the author would mention a spanking, a caning or a slippering she had received. We would pour over the ‘Pain and Pleasure’ letters in ‘Panthouse’ and bedtime reading was often ‘The Memoirs of Dolly Morton’. Nowadays of course we just spend most of our lives on the Internet waiting for someone such as yourself to come along.
