R.G., the owner of the Yahoo ‘PaddledAtSchool’ group has invented a very useful device. He calls it a ‘Posting Tracker’. It gives R.G. instant access to information concerning the number of contributions made to his group over a given period. Statistics are then posted on the home page together with a few words of encouragement written by R.G. himself. His ‘monthy’ target is 100 posts. For clarification and the avoidance of doubt, here below are a few examples taken from R.G’s writings:

Could someone give a rundown about RGs' group? I went to the site, but after seeing some of the questions asked and the requirements for membership, decided not to join. I got the impression that free speech was not allowed or welcomed in RGs'little world. In other words,if you don't agree with RG,don't bother joining.

Dear Bob,
Hereunder, the home page of R.G’s group. After a second reading you may change your mind about not joining. Although I was described by Jon Kinky in the ‘Curious’ thread as ‘soppy, sentimental’ and ‘lovely’, I have no qualms whatsoever about ripping off R.G’s stuff.
R.G. displays a tendency towards megalomania that is almost as great as that shown by Carl and his Mats. Messages to the group are generally of the ‘finger-lickin-good, down home, butt-whuppin’ variety. Some of our members have composed a few messages for the group and these can be seen towards the end of the ‘New Yahoo Group’ thread, currently near the foot of this page. Please let me know if you would like me to copy any of R.G’s redneck, red-assed stuff.

Dear Bob,
It would be interesting to know from which part of the world come the e-mail message responses to your posts on R.G’s group. Am I right in thinking that they are sent mainly by your fellow American citizens?
I do not contribute to the group. I have little in common with the butt-roastin’, paddle-mad, ass-lickin’ good, down-home, homesteadin’ etc. etc. folks that do.

You Brits seem to have better manners than some of my fellow countrymen/women.Also, I don't understand why they would take the trouble to email me and not post on the forum when they are going for a record this month.

Dear Bob,
I am sorry to have misled you. Please ignore my comment about closure.
Readers should also disregard the first two paragraphs of Roger’s ‘One Year On’ message, which is currently on Page 5. His observation in the third paragraph, however, is indeed valid. During the spring and summer of this year we received many messages from a quite disturbed individual whose writings displayed a wide range of emotions. He has not contributed lately and I hope that writing to us has helped him through what must have been a difficult time.

RG's Group
November 29 2003, 4:51 AM
Dear Gillian; After reading a number of the posts on RG's forum,I have come to the conclusion that it is literally infested with spanko teachers(and lawyers).I always suspected that teachers had ulterior motives for using CP for such trivial offenses. In fact,I resented their light hearted attitude when it came to CP (before, during, and after). After all they were indulging (the definition of that word is so appropriate)in one of their favorite activities.Such an infestation is a sad commentary on the unrestricted use of CP in the school system.I think these teachers should be identified and publicly exposed,so they will no longer be in a position to abuse our children.
P.S. The state of Missouri now has a bill up before the State House of Rep.(House Bill 276)for banning CP in all public schools in MO.

Congratulations to Big R.G. and his butt-paddlin’ butt-paddlers on achieving 300 posts this month. To his members this happy man writes:
1 month.

300 posts!!
And did anyone notice that along the way we broke through the great 5000 Post mark? Beyond 300 in a month...beyond 5000 posts. The members of PAS are one terrific bunch of people. With apologies to Dick Vitale….You're Awesome, Baby!!It illustrates what this membership can do when you want to really rock. I've long said that what makes this group what it is, is the membership. This little niche of the web has become the best, most authoritative source of information for it's [sic] particular mission. I know of no other place that one can go and learn as much, in so many different aspects, about school corporal punishment in the American system. It's all due to you. It's a special place, and you're special people for making it happen.
Roger: If you were to invest in an updated version of the Posting Tracker you might get somewhere!

Re: Re: RG's Group
November 30 2003, 2:14 PM
RG must have been deeply offended by my earlier post about the spanko teachers on his forum. He has chosen not to approve my latest post on his forum.I'm sure it conformed to his rigid standards and would have generated responses,so I must assume he is unhappy with me.I guess my experience with CP in school has left me with some strong views on who should and who should not be entrusted with the job of disciplining children. And just for 'clarification and the avoidance of doubt'.Teachers who have an interest in CP websites, should not be allowed to practice their fetishes on our children.Who in most cases have no choice in the matter and have no say in the severity of their punishment. If there were strict regulations and all the spanko's were cleared out, reasonable CP might be an effective tool in the school.
But in the past, the teaching profession was a magnet for men and women who took pleasure in administering CP
to boys and girls bottoms. And the membership on RGs forum proves that it still is.And I know all to well how easily it is covered up and laughed off as sour grapes on the part of the abused child. After all,who wouldn't be unhappy about getting paddled/caned at school? It's a perfect cover for the abuser.I could go on ad infinitum about this subject, but I think I have made my point.

Thanks to the activities of two new ‘Fun Posters’ the Posting Tracker is in danger of overheating. These chaps, posting under many names, have brought the Forum to the point of breaking the world record for the number of contributions received in a single month. There have, however, been complaints from Togoland and Honor Oak and it is not certain that the fun will continue after the 31st. July.
For clarification and the avoidance of doubt, our Honorary Life Member J.M.H. was not a ‘Fun Poster’; he was a ‘Fun Bummer’.

Clarifications
July 28 2008, 3:20 AM
Dear RG Tracker,
Since I could possibly be one of the two new Fun Posters you are referring to,could you please clarify what these "complaints" by Anons. are?
And what the deadline mentioned is all about?
Admittedly I write under several different names, but this is to make the topics more interesting and varied but always on the subject as much as possible. And always as close to the truth as possible.
You said yourself that we two(I don't know who the other chap is)have brought this Forum to new heights.
So if you listen to these two "complainers" who want to sink this Forum into mediocrity I think would be a mistake.
You could always make a"Complaints Section" Topic so any problems will be discussed and amended where possible.
I wait for your answer.

Oh dear Eric, you could be in big trouble! Were you not aware of Rule 23b concerning the nom-de-plume limitation that has applied to all members since 2004? Unfortunately it has to be admitted that the said tome makes the average IBM technical manual seem like easy reading!

It would be helpfull if people posting under different names were named by the P T
Perhaps then this practise would cease.
In other words if the party of the first part, is sometimes the party of the second part then perhaps the party of the third part could let all the other parties know so that we can all have some kind of party.

Meltdown!
June 5 2009, 12:43 PM
The Posting Tracker overheated in May because of the many thousands of views by readers in Bahrain, Denmark and our Honorary Life Member in Germany. This month we have already received 117 posts and another malfunction can be expected.
Please,
Stop postin'!

As predicted, the Posting Tracker overheated again. I realise now that I should not have taken it down to the beach. In addition, the number of fun posts from fun-posting fun-posters increased in June to such an extent that we may have to restrict the number of contributions we accept from fun lovers. I hope this can be avoided: their messages are nicely expressed in language wholly appropriate for a family forum such as this. It would be helpful if people would refrain from sending in one-liners.
If Big John can be persuaded, when he's had his tea, to stroll up to PC World in the Old Shoreham Road there to purchase a reconditioned 486 Post-n-View Tracker, the problem may be alleviated.

Extraordinary!

There were lots and lots of posts in November. Some did not appear on the board. An over-emotional man wrote to tell us that he wished an agonising death on a member of the criminal community.
