Forum Rules

Big Ray's Old Mum

I have just noticed that on the site that nobody here likes they have introduced a rule which stops people from putting urls in their signature. I think this is a very good rule – so don’t do it here either.

Rule Number 2

January 30 2004, 7:26 PM

And here is another good new rule for this forum. I got this one from the group run by that man with the square brackets. It is this –

ANY MEMBER FROM NOW ON WHO CHOOSES TO HAVE NO E-MAIL WILL NOT BE
CONSULTED ON ANY SPECIAL ISSUES AND MAY FIND THEMSELVES REMOVED FROM
THE GROUP.

You have been warned!

A Poem for Mum

January 30 2004, 7:51 PM

Here is a nice poem for Big Ray’s Old Mum. I originally posted it in my Diary last September.

Oh! I ain’t ‘arf proud of my old mum,
The finest pal a feller ever had.
She looked after me when I was just a kid,
She put me right when I was wrong in anything I did.
Oh! I ain’t ‘arf proud when she’s walking down the street,
‘Cos I know what she’s been through.
But now I’m in the money and I’ve got some L.S.D.
I’m looking after my old mum as she looked after me,
Oh! I ain’t ‘arf proud of my old mum,
And she ain’t 'arf proud of me.

Thank you dear. We don’t get much poetry in Camberwell.

This is a very good rule. Make sure you keep to it –

Dear All,

Please do not follow this line any further.

Kind regards,

Jennifer

Sorry

January 31 2004, 9:07 AM

Oh dear I seem to have upset so many of you. I apologise for the way
I may have put over my views on delivery options. Let me set it out
clearly –

I believe that any member is entitled to set their delivery
options to anything they like.

Rule Number 4

January 31 2004, 7:44 PM

John and Gerald,

Could you continue your dialogue by direct emails please rather than
through the group. I really would like to keep this group on focus
(as outlined in my homepage introduction).

I wish you both well.

Kind regards,

Jennifer and Big Ray’s Old Mum

I have really enjoyed being with you all this weekend and thank you for keeping to the rules.

Must go now – the boys will be back from the seaside soon and will be wanting their tea.

Goodbye, Mum!

The next time Carl and his Mats go to Worthing, perhaps they could take you with them.

Dear Mum,

I found the following on a fetish site. Would you like to adapt it for our own Happy Circle?

I am again seeing attempts to spoof this forum by one person attemtping [sic] to post as two or more different people. Seeing that the IP number is the same, it is obvious to me that this is foolishness and simply someone acting out their [sic] immaturity. That particular individual is now banned from this forum, and that will be the result if anyone else wants to try that little trick.

Those individuals who are posting from the same computer, since they are husband and wife, are welcome to continue that practice - since they have proven their bonafides [sic].

A Good Rule

March 17 2005, 7:05 AM

I found this on another forum and have copied here as a warning. The author is Brian.

Yes, it would be helpful to have some forum rules. Even that loony Lotta Nonsense punishment forum at Network54 has rules, not the least of which is the rule which prohibits anonymous posters posting anonymously as ‘Anonymous’. This makes things difficult for anonymous people such as Jasmorice.

A 'rule which prohibits anonymous posters posting anonymously as ‘Anonymous’ and makes things difficult for anonymous people' - needs to be sent back to the draftsman; but I agree with the more robust sentiment, 'We don't need no stinking rules!'

New Rules

January 29 2007, 9:52 AM

Some of you have not been keeping to the rules lately. I found a forum which has some really good rules and have copied them below. They are so good that we shall be using them here in the near future.

FORUM RULES

1. Posting your email address
2. Using multiple names under the same IP address
3. Using a NO HOST IP address
4. Posting with naked references
5. Parenting posts
6. Under 18 posts
7. Any adult at 18 or older being spanked posts
8. Starting a new thread and ignoring an existing thread
9. That’s it.

I can't make this any clearer, if your post is not allowed on this forum for any of the above reasons, it won't be posted. -PERIOD

Dear Mum

Try as I might, I am unable to accept your new rules, and therefore, with regret, I resign as a member of this forum.

With all good wishes for the future

your suggested new rules will kill off the site
You cannot have a site where new threads cannot start with old ones not getting a response
I think posts about nudity have to be allowed. It should be limited to children at school as the nae suggests. Not even those that doubt if much school corporal punishment took place on a bare bottom could say that cases should not b talked about on the site

Honorary Life Member, retired headmaster George is right, of course. After lengthy discussion with Big Ray’s Old Mum it has been decided that Rules 1-8, as printed above, will NOT be included in this forum’s ‘Big Book of Rules’.

No Rules is Good Rules

July 29 2008, 10:46 PM

As a new non-member to this site could anyone please show me where these rules are? I can't find them anywhere. And the non-rules and deleted rules and unnamed rules mentioned in this Topic or thread only help to increase the confusion.
I think this topic of rules is hotting up again on this forum. I was recently referred to Rule 28b by an old member of this forum, and even if I can find it,it would probably have been amended by now.
It seems somebody wakes up in the morning and decides to make a new rule on this forum. And I think this is dangerous. Just like the Bishop who decided to bring in the Inquisition without consulting no one,and look where it all led.
So could we please have an open discussion about new(or old)rules before we impose them on the unaware public(or posters)?
Thank you.

Observer; It's kind of like a kinky teacher is making up the rules so they can punish you for breaking a rule that didn't exist before you broke it.

On the other hand, if you can't find a list of rules don't worry about it.
