What she's saying is that a prostitute who enjoys her work is not a prostitute. That's a very strange assertion as, although opinion may differ with regard to what is and what isn't prostitution, there is no definition either legal or lay (no pun intended) which cites enjoyment of the work as a defining factor.

That having been established, we might usefully ask 'What is a prostitute?' and even more usefully 'Are professional spankers and spankees prostitutes?'.

Most people's idea of a prostitute is simply 'a woman who has sex in exchange for money' and although the term is applicable equally to men the distinction need not concern us unduly for the purpose of the present discussion.

Having established that a prostitute is a person who has sex in exchange for money, we must now ask what we mean by 'having sex' and I think we'd agree that the term includes many activities other than copulation.

On that basis, our definition becomes 'a person who engages in sexual activity in exchange for money'.

Having taken the matter thus far, we must now ask what comprises 'sexual activity' in the context of our definition. It's not hard to define it: sexual activity is any activity the purpose of which is to produce sexual pleasure.

Now if we ask 'Does spanking afford sexual pleasure to those who pay others to engage in it?' the answer is certainly 'Yes'.

If we ask 'Are those paid to engage in it aware that the payers derive sexual pleasure from the activity?', the answer is again 'Yes'.
