The track is "Hear My Name" by Armand H______. The music is 80s synth-pop -- but the lines of people queuing to be spanked are amusing. There are also links to audio clips -- one oh which has something to do with the paddle -- but horribly disspointingly, the link didn't work!
The word "caned" (wank wank) is also used in the body of the text on the web page -- I think its a typo -- or maybe American spelling -- makes the sentence interesting if you don't read too precisely.

Oh course I crave the indulgence and forgiveness of the usual intellectual and "academically-interested" crowd on this board at this piece of low-brow nonsense.

It will open in windows media player or real one player. It is 3:32 long. It's a very good song/video and should be on MTV or VH1.
