Who Sent To The Head More?July 12 2004 at 10:14 PM | Nick |
| - An interesting thought crossed my mind as to whether Male teachers or Female teachers were more likely to send unruly pupils to the Headmaster rather than doleing out their own forms of punishment.
Anyone have any thoughts on this? |

The Truth: I can only recall having been sent to the Head once - by a grumpy git of a male teacher who couldnt teach and I argued with him about the accuracy of what he was saying. I didn't go but hid in the toilets until the end of the lesson. I never heard any more about it.
What Some Would Like To Believe: We had a beatiful young female teacher who we all fancied like hell who offered to spank us privately as an alternative to being sent to the Head for the cane... |

The secondary school I went to had two specially assigned "Discipline Masters" who administered canings; teachers could either give you a detention or send you for a caning. My recollection is that female teachers did the latter almost exclusively, male teachers usually did the former. |
