I don't know if this topic has been discussed before, but in the event it hasn't, are there any members with similar experiences. Perhaps the difficulties associated with home schooling and discipline of any kind accompanied it. The only story I have is that my brother in law was being home schooled when he was about 10 years of age.
My mother in law who took on the responsibility of instructing him found out very quickly that ruler's and rear ends were made for one another. I found this amusing because she never physically disciplined him by way of CP other than when she was teaching him. He deserved it according to my wife because she always thought he got away with murder. That was until she mentioned to her mother that he seemed to spend more time on his skate board than on his books.
