CP in the South East Asian colonies

This link is to a video on Yourtube that is listed just a few items down from Big John Peacehaven's "corporal punishment" video. I'm sure many have viewed it because it was titled "Isaac Caning Kenneth" -- who could resist.

I am commenting on it because it is obvious to me that the clip is obviously of Singaporean origin. And it looks like it takes place in a school hall/gym/cafeteria. There is a line of folded down whiteboards along the wall and the plastic chairs and tables are typical of what might be found in a secondary school canteen space. I think it's a bit of hazing or maybe it's Kenneth's party (balloons) as the boys are not in uniform and there's laughing about "Kenneth not being able to take it" etc. In the beginning Isaac impersonates a school master saying "I told you not to smoke in school, right? You smoke in the girl's toilet".

Forgot to add that the "cane" used in the clip, is not one of the ight yellowish rattan canes commonly found in the markets of Singapore and Malaysia, but a riding crop. And there's also reference to Isaac using the flap to slap at Kennth because at one point Kenneth says something about one for "the other side". Such carnal knowledge for a schoolboy.
