Meantime, Mike from Oz has been entertaining me with tales of Preston Tech & the two less-than-salubrious millionaires it produced. We look forward to hearing about your contemporaries who were similarly successful, despite being regulars in the teacher's rogues gallery/punishment books, etc. No need for names of the said rogues, we don't want bits of anyone floating in the river next week!
And, I'm also unveiling the Stubby award. Stubby was one of Mike's in-laws dogs who was named because of his resemblance to the familiar Antipodean beer container. More to the point,Stubby fathered pups on a highly unofficial stud basis in 4 of the 5 mainland states in Aus, just missing WA off the list.
Please feel free to entertain us all with stories of Jack and Jill the lads you knew or pets who could match Stubby, though I think he'll take some beating.
