Police in knicker-nicker appeal

Police appealed today for women who have had underwear stolen to come forward after a man was arrested with a large quantity of knickers and other garments.

A 40-year-old man was stopped by police in Church Road, Portsea, Portsmouth, Hants, at 10pm yesterday and was discovered to be in possession of the large amount of underwear.

Officers believe the items may have been stolen from washing lines across the city.

A police spokeswoman said: 'Police would like to hear from any women in the Portsmouth area who have recently had any clothing stolen from their washing lines or in similar circumstances.'

The suspect, from Southampton, was bailed until April 26 while police inquiries continue, the spokeswoman added.

Sex offender, 29, attends school as 12-year-old


A 29-year-old convicted sex offender managed to pass himself off as a 12-year-old child, attending one school for several months before anybody realised.

Not only did he convince school authorities that he was a young boy, but he also fooled two men he was living with at the time – both of whom had sexual relations with him, while under the impression that he was 12 years old.

Neil Havens Rodreick II enrolled at Mingus Springs Charter School in Arizona under the name of 'Casey Price'. He was accompanied by 61-year-old Lonnie Stiffler, one of the men he was living with, who claimed to be his grandfather.

That school notified authorities when paperwork his 'grandfather' provided turned out to be false.
He also spent several months going to another school in Arizona, Rosefiled Charter School. He was eventually expelled from that school in November – for poor attendance.

A spokeswoman for that school said: 'He was quiet. He turned in his homework. There were no discipline issues. He was never sent to the principal's office. By most accounts he was aloof and kept to himself.'

Rodreick initially met Stiffler and Robert James Snow, 43, on the internet. He reportedly kept up the pretence that he was a young teenage boy while living with them by shaving his body hair and wearing makeup.

Susan Quayle, spokeswoman for Yavapai County sheriff's office, said that Stiffler and Snow were 'very upset when the detectives told them they had been having a sexual relationship with a 29-year-old man, and not a pre-teen boy.'

She added: 'This is the weirdest case I've seen in 18 years. If it wasn't so sad it would be funny.'

The three men, along with Brian J. Nellis, 34, a friend of Rodreick's, were all charged with conspiracy to commit fraud and conspiracy to commit forgery. Snow and Stiffler were also charged with attempted child molestation and attempted sexual contact with a minor (as they believed Rodreick to be under age), while Nellis and Snow were additionally charged with failing to register as a sex offenders.

This should tie the Supreme Court up for about 15 years.

Can you molest a child who isn't a child?

A German woman is suing a foster agency, after her teenage foster son ruined valuable naked photos of her - by committing an act of self-love all over them.

Marietta Anton, 50, who now lives in Portugal's Algarve, was 25 when she was photographed naked by her boyfriend at the time, Sigmar Polke. After they split Polke went on to become a world famous artist, and the old pictures were valued at over £35,000.

But when Anton's 15-year-old foster son Mehmet found the old snaps, he thought he had unearthed a secret porn stack, and proceeded to do what teenage boys will do.

In news that seems likely to keep local psychiatrists busy for a while, he did not realise who the model was whilst enjoying himself with the pictures.

Despite work by art experts to restore the pictures, they were extensively damaged, and only made £8,000 at auction.

Anton is now suing the German child services organisation that placed Mehmet with her two years ago for the remaining value of the pictures.

Anyway, you got the song in one-unfortunately,I remember bunking off Friday afternoon school in 1967 to buy it the day it came out. Singles were 3 for a quid then, so the odds are two other classics were purchased that day, which have probably lasted better than the laws of physics I lost the chance to learn that afternoon!

FORT WORTH - She believed he was a prophet, a man who received instructions from God.

Because of that, Davina Kelly said, she thought the punishment administered by the Rev. Sherman Clifton Allen was justified.

Kelly said Allen began paddling her -- first with pants on, and later with them off -- for not reading assigned Scriptures or for disobeying orders. Later, she said, Allen made her exercise to the point of exhaustion, running laps around the church sanctuary or doing lunges across the living room of his Mansfield home.

Finally, she said, the abuse turned sexual.

"There are certain types of figures you trust," Kelly said. "I gave that trust to him as my pastor. I honestly thought of him as a spiritual father."

Last week, Kelly filed suit against Allen, 45, founder and senior pastor of the Shiloh Institutional Church of God in the Woodhaven area. The suit seeks unspecified damages for physical and psychological pain.

Kelly has not contacted law enforcement officials, and no criminal charges have been filed against Allen.

On Thursday afternoon, Laura Cobb, the church's administrative assistant, issued a statement on behalf of Allen and the church at 1270 E. Woodhaven Blvd., which is also named in the suit.

"We understand that a lawsuit has been filed alleging sexual and other improprieties on the part of Pastor Allen," Cobb wrote in an e-mail. "Neither the Church nor Pastor Allen has been served with any court papers at this time. If court papers are served, then legal counsel will be consulted and we will address this matter in the courts, rather than the media."

A message left at the legal department at the Church of God in Christ Inc. in Tennessee was not returned. The organization was also named in the suit.

A woman who answered the phone at Allen's Mansfield residence Friday declined to take a message, referring all questions to the church. At 5 p.m. Friday, the voice mailbox at the church was full.

On Friday afternoon, with her husband and attorney nearby, Kelly talked about Allen from her bed in a hospital, where she had just given birth to her third child.

In November 2001, Kelly said, she went to Allen for spiritual counseling, and he directed her to different Scriptures. She said he focused on ones dealing with spanking, such as "Spare the rod, spoil the child."

Later, when Allen learned that she had not read the assigned Scriptures, she said he ordered her to hold her ankles while he spanked her with a paddle.

At the time, she said, she equated it with a principal punishing a child and believed it was for disobeying or not being faithful to God.

"I really looked up to him, really trusted him, really believed in him as far as a very anointed man of God," Kelly said. "I believed God was speaking to him like I'm speaking to you."

At a different meeting, Kelly said, when Allen learned that she had spoken to someone he had forbidden her to talk to, he ordered her to pull her pants down and spanked her in her underwear.

"The third time and on, it was with nothing on," she said.

At some point, Kelly started volunteering at the church, cleaning up after services. The job soon became a paid position. By 2003, she said, Allen began paying her to clean his house.

Soon, she said, Allen began punishing her for not washing dirty dishes or other small transgressions.

"It got to a point where he was kind of making up stuff," she said.

Kelly said Allen ordered her to do strenuous exercises: 100 push-ups, crunches or sit-ups. Sometimes it was at his house, other times at the church. She said he ordered her to run laps around the sanctuary.

"He would have me do it until he could tell I was hurting," she said.

By 2005, Kelly said, the punishment turned sexual.

Kelly said Allen once put his hands around her throat and said that "if I ever told anyone or ever hurt him, I didn't want to know what he would do."

Kelly said she was raped several times, once for not holding her legs in the air long enough during an exercise.

Kelly said she eventually contacted her sister in New York and moved there with her children for a couple of months. At the time, she said, she was too afraid to tell her husband, Darian Kelly, what had happened, so she told him she was stressed and needed time away.

Kelly eventually moved back to Fort Worth. Recently, her husband contacted Louis Levenson, an Atlanta attorney, after seeing him on CNN talking about abuse in churches. Levenson's office, in turn, contacted Matthew Bobo, a civil attorney in Las Colinas.

Bobo said Kelly was afraid to go to law enforcement and felt more comfortable with a civil attorney. Another former church member has since contacted his office after seeing a TV news report about Allen last week, Bobo said.

He said that woman said she also turned to Allen for spiritual counseling in the 1990s and that he abused her with a paddle. She left the church before the abuse became sexual, Bobo said.

"In these types of case, they find their way to a civil attorney," Bobo said. "We file suit, and the story gets out." He said that they will probably arrange a meeting with law enforcement officials soon.

Allen has been accused of sexual abuse before, according to police and court records, but the case was dismissed.

In 1983, according to a police report, Allen was arrested after a woman accused him of sexual assault. The woman said she believed that she was hypnotized or drugged. The woman told police that Allen threw her facedown on her bed and struck her buttocks with a paddle 16 times, counting each swat out loud.

Afterward, she told police, Allen sexually assaulted her. Allen was charged with aggravated sexual abuse, but the case was dismissed in March 1984 after Allen passed a polygraph, according to court documents. Prosecutors also left several messages for the woman and sent her letters, but she never responded, the documents said.

The morning news programs have been parading around a girl (14) who has had non stop hiccups for the last 4 weeks. They have tried every cure there is short of serious medical intervention.

I don't generally advocate CP, but I think "six of the best" would probably shock this girl out of her hiccups. Painful? Yes. But I think a lot cheaper than the medical procedures they were discussing this morning.  

Its sometimes the "unorthodox" remedies that work !

In my last year at school we were all sent to a new comprehensive effort. The Head wore a gown, I had never seen anything so funny before and he loked ridiculous.

So there we have it, for some it was some kind of fetish wear to try to look the part. For others a practical anti dust overall.

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (March 1) - She sipped pickle juice, held her breath, breathed into a bag, even went to a neurologist, but for more than five weeks nothing would stop a 15-year-old girl's rapid hiccups - until they finally just stopped on their own.

Jennifer Mee stands on her head in a Feb. 16 video still as she tries to cure a bad case of the hiccups that started Jan. 23 and finally stopped Wednesday.

After trying countless remedies and attracting national media attention, Jennifer Mee said her hiccups suddenly stopped around 5 p.m. Wednesday. No one is certain why.

"Right now, my nose is burning and my throat hurts," she told the St. Petersburg Times, but she said she felt a lot better than she has in weeks.

 

Jennifer had started hiccuping Jan. 23 close to 50 times a minute and said it only stopped when she was sleeping.

She saw an infectious disease specialist, a neurologist, a chiropractor, a hypnotist and an acupuncturist. She tried a patented device that is designed to stop hiccups, plus all the old remedies. Her mother called the media two weeks ago to try to find more help for her daughter, who ended up on NBC's "Today" show.

According to the National Institutes of Health, hiccups can be triggered by anything from spicy foods to stress, and they can start for no reason at all. They're caused by involuntary contractions of the diaphragm, which causes the vocal cords to close briefly, making that distinctive sound.

 

I still think a good caning or paddling would have saved her at least 1 week of suffering.

Two alleged victims in McMinnville sex abuse case change story

McMINNVILLE -- Two of the girls who originally said they were victimized in a sex abuse crime at Patton Middle School in McMinnville have changed their story, according to court documents.
Juvenile court transcripts have added more debate to a story that's already been controversial.
In February, two 12-year-old boys were detained for spanking girls at the school. The boys were charged with sex abuse after police said the boys had groped girls in the past.

Police said there may have been six potential victims.
However, court documents revealed two of the girls said they felt pressured by police and the school to make those claims.

One said the investigators, "kind of made you say what they wanted to hear."
Prosecutors said that despite those claims, the case will go on because at least two other girls insist they were abused.

The mother of one of the accused boys is upset the charges won't be dropped.
“I don't know why they would want to hurt the boys, why they would want to do this to innocent boys,” she said. The mother told kgw.com that her son admitted spanking girls and touching one girl inappropriately but she doesn’t think he committed a crime.

Pupils expelled after rugby pitch sex

Two pupils at a prestigious private school have been expelled for having sex on the pitch dubbed the birthplace of rugby.

The pair were excluded from Rugby School in Warwickshire after they were caught in a compromising position on The Close, where William Webb Ellis is said to have first kicked a rugby ball in 1823.

The girl and boy, both in the lower sixth form of the public school, were caught by a member of staff and immediately expelled.

They are reportedly being allowed to return to the school to sit exams but must study elsewhere.

A statement issued by the school said: "Two sixth formers were asked to leave the school 10 days ago for infringing the school guidelines regarding personal relationships.

"We have clear rules on these matters, which everyone in the school community understands."

The boarding school, which also caters for day pupils, has around 800 students.

Fees cost up to £7,500 a term and former pupils include poet Rupert Brooke and Lewis Carroll, author of Alice In Wonderland.

A former choirmaster who carried on working with children for years despite being accused of abuse is finally to be sentenced.
Peter Halliday has pleaded guilty to abusing children between 1985 and 1990 and will be sentenced at Winchester Crown Court, Hants.

Halliday volunteered with the Royal School of Church Music (RSCM) from 1981 until his resignation in October 2006.

The Church of England (CoE) received a complaint from a boy's family in 1990 about the organist and choirmaster at St Peter's Church, Farnborough in Hampshire. It was decided to ask him to leave the church and stay away from boys.

Nothing else was done until a former choirboy bumped [surely, 'bummed'] into Halliday at a residential course in 1993 where he was working for the RSCM as a tutor.

It was only when he was charged last year with indecently assaulting children that he gave up his job at the RSCM, based in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

The CoE was reported to have said it did what it thought was in everyone's best interests at the time. The then Bishop of Dorking, David Wilcox, told the BBC he was "absolutely clear" there had been no cover-up.

"I believe that we sought to act in the best interests not only of the church but of the family and everybody concerned at that time," he said.

"Things were very different then. I think that we make the mistake of trying to read back what we now know and how we now do things.

"I don't think we have that knowledge or that experience and I don't think the court systems, the police systems were geared up as they are today."

Teachers have refused to stop an annual striptease by pupils despite a video of an onstage lesbian love romp ending up on YouTube.

Film of the girls stripping off in front of teachers and pupils sparked outrage among education chiefs who now want it banned.

But officials at the school in Denmark are fighting to hold onto the annual event.

A spokesman said: 'The girls' teachers vote as the best get the best places on the tables in the canteen.'

Erik Olesen, head teacher at Silkeborg said everyone, including the school governors, had known about the contest and described it as 'harmless fun'.

But news of the striptease got out when some of the girls this year stripped naked and began to touch each other's breasts - then started rubbing baby oil over each other's bodies.

The whole incident was filmed by four other students on their mobile phones who then posted it on the internet. It has since been removed from YouTube.

The girls were only stopped from going further by teachers.
Headmaster Olesen said: 'I think they forgot what they were doing and where they were. But my concern now is not to punish anyone, but protect the girls who are now all over the internet.

'As for the students who recorded the contest, they didn't realize they had done anything illegal and I have had a long talk with them.'
But he added that he had no plans to scrap the striptease competition at the school. 'I am sure nothing like this will happen again,' he said.

'And anyway, the girls who did this didn't win the competition because their performance was over the top.'

Where was this sort of thing when I was at school?

I suppose, as it was a boy's grammar, I should be grateful we didn't have such a thing!

Being Denmark,I wonder if the teachers offered the winning contestants any incentives-like a free bare-bottom spanking and following good seeing-to by the master or even mistress of their choice?

Vicar jailed for child sex abuse

Smith was convicted on 12 counts of abusing children

A parish priest has been jailed for five-and-a-half years for sexually abusing six boys over a 30-year period.
The Rev David Smith, of St John's Road, Clevedon, groomed and molested his young victims during sleep-overs at the vicarage and holidays abroad.
Smith, 52, vicar of St John the Evangelist in Clevedon, North Somerset, had denied all 12 charges.
Bristol Crown Court heard concerns about the vicar had been raised with the Church of England on two occasions.

Unanimous verdict
The two-week trial heard two complainants expressed their concerns to the Church, first in 1983 and again in 2001.
They were assured that the matter had been "dealt with", but Smith continued to abuse boys in his parish.
He claimed all the offences were a "figment of someone's imagination".
The jury of eight women and four men took two hours to find him guilty of 10 charges of indecent assault, one sexual assault of a child under 13 and one of sexual activities with a child under 16.
The attacks happened between 1976 and 2005 and involved six boys under the age of 16.
Smith closed his eyes as the jury foreman read out the guilty verdicts on all the charges.
Sentencing him the judge said: "You were a father figure and a mentor to these boys. One felt largely humiliated by the experience, you added to their distress."

'Shocked and horrified'
In a statement the Bishop of Bath and Wells, the Right Reverend Peter Price, said:
"The Reverend David Smith has been found guilty of a number of very serious charges. We are shocked and horrified that he has fallen so far short of the very high standards expected of priests in the Church of England," he said.
"We apologise sincerely to David Smith's victims, their families, the parish and all involved in this case. We're very sorry that these offences were committed by a man in a position of trust.
"We've taken all necessary steps to do all in our power to ensure there is no repetition of this situation."
In April in a separate case the Church of England was called "totally irresponsible" for failing to tell police about an ex-choirmaster who sexually abused children.
Peter Halliday, 61, from Farnborough, Hampshire, was jailed for 30 months after admitting sex offences from the 1980s.
But the BBC learned he had admitted the abuse 17 years ago, but left the Church quietly on condition he had no further contact with children.

Teacher 'had sex with girl in cupboard'

A married teacher embarked on a year-long affair with a girl of 15 after having sex with her in a school cupboard, a court was told.

Science master Michael Taylor – now a headteacher – began his secret fling with the pupil within days of her birthday, jurors heard.

The pair made love in the cupboard, in his car, on holiday and in his marital bed, it was claimed. They also allegedly met once a week for 'music practice' – during which the girl, a talented percussionist, performed sex acts on him.

She was told to keep playing the xylophone during the incidents so anyone passing did not disturb them, it was alleged at Leicester Crown Court.

The incidents are said to have taken place in the mid-1990s when he was a science teacher in Leicestershire. Taylor denies underage sex and the trial continues

Bramhall High School in Stockport, Greater Manchester has banned its pupils from wearing knotted ties because it says they could pose a safety risk.

They have decided that clip on ties will be regulation uniform at the School from September. The school's uniform shop has been stocking clip-ons for over a year to help with the crossover. Head teacher John Peckham, who dreamed up this beastly rule, said that the ties looked smarter on pupils, as well as preventing potential accidents. "Obviously, there is a health and safety element."

Unaware of any cases of schoolchildren being garotted by their ties, although it appears to be their imaginative knots that pose the greatest threat. "We also feel it is smarter, because older children will not wear the ties in a casual way. This is in line with places like the police and the armed forces."

Pupils who do not adhere to the new rule will be sent home, which sounds like more of a treat than a threat. At home they will have the rest of the day to perfect interesting knots and perhaps even experiment with bow ties and cravats.

Nick Seaton, chairman of the Campaign for Real Education, said the school's decision was inexplicable. "It seems like another instance of political correctness and health and safety gone mad. Children have worn ties for decades and I have never heard of an accident in all that time." It seems as if individuality and free expression through neckwear is to be snuffed out as early as possible. What kind of future can there be for a child who has spent his entire schooldays wearing a clip-on tie?

The world of education was rocked to its foundations yesterday when it was announced that girls of St. Caminick’s School are to be banned from wearing knickers when participating in games lessons on the School’s playing field.

Said headmistress Daphne Smythe, 48,

“An old folks home overlooking our playing field has recently been erected. Looking through binoculars, I have watched some of these old people looking through binoculars at the knickers our girls are wearing during games lessons. I firmly believe that the only way we can stop this outrageous behaviour is to
insist the girls wear no knickers during these lessons. There is also, of course, a Health and Safety issue.”

Fifth-former and Captain of Fladgely House, Lydia Pratt-Menses, agreed. She said,

“I’m with the Head on this. I would do anything to stop those dirty men and women looking at my knickers, but then I always was an eager beaver”

Kinky head teacher Michael Taylor, accused of having sex with 15year old pupil whilst telling her to keep playing the xylophone during the incidents has been acquitted.

Child sex abuse conductor jailed


A leading British orchestra conductor has been jailed for nearly four years for sexually abusing young boys.

Robert King, 46, assaulted five youngsters, one when he was 12 years old, after plying them with alcohol, Isleworth Crown Court was told.

One of the boys said he was "sexually used" for years at King's home in Ealing, west London.

Mr King, of Alpherton, Suffolk, was convicted of 14 counts of indecent assault between 1982 and 1995.
The court was told he was very well-known in musical circles and was in a position to advance the careers of the boys.

The conductor has worked on film music for Ridley Scott's Kingdom Of Heaven, Shrek 2 and The Da Vinci Code.

He had also presented programmes for the BBC and toured the world with several orchestras.

Imposing sentence totalling three years nine months, Judge Hezlett Colgan told King: "Your victims were in their early or mid-teens at the time.

"In the case of four of them you were a trusted mentor and friend and trusted completely by their families."

Sarah Whitehouse, prosecuting, said three of his victims were under 16 and claimed some of the attacks occurred "under the guise of some sort of game, such as a mock wrestle".

She told the court each of the five he allegedly targeted kept quiet about what had happened for many years.

All were now adults and although some of their recollections might now be "hazy", the accounts they had given police contained "very similar features".

King, who was cleared of one count of indecent assault, told the court that all those levelling allegations against him were "absolute" liars.

I'm intriguied to know what position he had to be in to advance the boy's careers, rather than something a lot less musical or artistic-looking!

White van man pervert arrested in purple skirt and pink knickers

A painter and decorator attempted to kidnap a terrified Swiss student so he could sexually assault her.

Zachary Huckstep, 32, of Pepys Walk, Eastbourne, was wearing a purple lycra skirt and women's pink knickers when he was eventually arrested by police in July after a group of girls made a complaint about him.

Yesterday, he was given an indefinite jail sentence by Judge Richard Hayward at Lewes Crown Court and ordered to serve a minimum of two years before he will be considered for parole.

Last November, he pleaded guilty to attempted kidnap with the intention of committing a sexual offence, possession of cocaine and supplying cocaine.

At about midnight on May 24, the 16-year-old girl was walking home along St Anthony's Avenue, Eastbourne, when she was approached by Huckstep in his white van.

The father-of-one spoke to her and told her she was sexy but she said she was tired and did not want to be bothered.

Huckstep got out of the van and stood in front of the girl and tried to grab her.

Prosecutor Michael Warren said the defendant offered the girl cocaine and £200 to sleep with her but she told him she was not a prostitute.

Huckstep dropped his trousers and was wearing nothing underneath. The girl turned away and he pulled them up before trying to push her into the van.

He opened the sliding door and lifted her off the ground to put her inside but she stopped him by putting her feet against the side of the van.

The girl, who had martial arts training, managed to get away when she squeezed Huckstep's throat but he caught her again and she struggled with him before breaking free.

Mr Warren told the court the girl thought Huckstep was going to rape her.

At 5am that morning Huckstep's neighbour saw him in the window wearing nothing from the waist down. She found a note pushed through her letterbox saying if she wanted to have sex she could come to his house.

On July 2, between 7pm and 10pm he approached six girls aged 18, 16, 15, 14, 13 and 12 asking them for cigarettes and blocking their paths. Some of the girls noticed he was wearing purple underwear.

He was arrested on July 6 after asking a group of girls for cigarettes outside Tesco Express in Seaside, Eastbourne.

Police found a pink bra and pair of black high-heeled shoes in the van and a black dress at his home. A bag of cocaine was found in his trouser pocket and also in the van.

Julien Dale, representing Huckstep, said: "After his wife left him in March last year his drug use became worse and his sexualised behaviour."

Huckstep will remain on the sex offenders' register for life and was banned from working with children indefinitely.

He was also made the subject of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) which bans him from having contact with children under the age of 18, except for his own daughter.

A police sergeant put a female officer over his knee, spanked her and told her she was a "naughty girl" on a night out, a court heard yesterday.

Mark Downing, 39, also slapped her on the bottom at a barbecue and joked: "If it's there - it's only fair that I hit it," it was claimed.

Downing, who works for Thames Valley Police, denies three counts of sexual assault on two women officers.
Christopher Smyth, prosecuting, said colleagues had stopped inviting him to social events because of his inappropriate sexual behaviour.

The first two incidents happened during a drunken barbecue at one of the women's houses in Slough on July 6 last year, Swindon Crown Court heard.

Downing is said to have stood behind the woman - whose bottom he had allegedly spanked on another night - and commented it was "still perky".

Mr Smyth said: "She was shocked and he said that "If it's there - it's only fair that I hit it"."

The woman - who cannot be identified for legal reasons - said: "We had a good relationship at work but he changed when he got drunk and his behaviour was inappropriate."
Describing the earlier "spanking" incident, for which Downing is not facing charges, she added: "Mark was messing about and said I was being naughty and he put my legs over his and smacked my bum."

Later in the evening - after a vodka drinking game - Downing is said to have grabbed a second woman by the waist as she cleared up.

He grunted at her and told her "you and me outside" before being pushed away, the court heard.
This woman also complained that Downing later put his hand up her top during another night out - the third alleged offence.

The court heard that the women had a good working relationship with Downing, who is based at Slough police station.

Downing told the court that he could be "an idiot" when drunk and was "mortified" to have caused offence.
"When I do drink I become tactile but not when I'm sober," he said.

"I would have been mortified if I was told I had been acting inappropriately. It was a "hello" pat on the bum.
"There was nothing sexually derived from it at all."
He said he regretted doing it and denied grabbing the other woman around her waist on the same night or slipping his hand under her top on another occasion.
Downing, of Tilehurst, Berkshire, denies three counts of sexual assault.

The trial continues.
