My first two doses of the cane administered by my primary school headmistress in the fourth and fifth grades. She gave me three strokes on each hand on both occasions and the first time I did cry during my punishment, the second time I was close to tears but I managed to hold tears back when I was cooling my hands under the taps in the toilets. Bozo, thanks for the kind words. I have no intention of creating a law suit because I started school in 1958 so given that it happened so long ago, most of these nuns are dead, or if not, they should be.

On the subject of girls, females here are more open to talk about school CP than they are elsewhere. I have had conversations with some female friends who brought up the subject, the first being I played in a bend in my early teens with who told me about CP at her Private school.
