I find it very strange that an inhabitant of a country where the immigrant population ethnically cleansed 95% of the indiginous population;

You certainly have to wonder, George! Germany and Japan officially lost the war but they certainly won the peace - they were prohibited by international law to have an army for many decades while we spent most of our cash on keeping thousands of soldiers in Germany and many other places around the world.

America did pretty well out of WW2, it finished up with its biggest economy ever, while we were on the floor and owing them billions. It entered the war only because it was pointed out to them that should Hitler take complete control of Europe, he would go in with Japan against the USA and their homeland would face attack.
It's ironic that the US/UK alliance won the war in Iraq and lost the peace there too. Do they never learn!
