Anyone else agree with my analysis of CP.... in the Uks large urban areas
ie London which is now becoming 50%overseas origin residents more in some concentrated areas so my view may be skewed as i dont get out in the bottom slapping ol'country districts much....
it seems that now implements are a big no no in any situation that the interest and belief previosuly held in the adminsitartion of cp has waned to the point of vanishing alltogether?
I mainly base this on the fact I havent heard a "supermarket"type whacking or anything approaching it for YEARS!!!!!!!!
Now it seems if little darling wails and yells he gets a lollypop
and a there there.
These soft tactics have no doubt been learned from the nanny programme on tv.
most of the new entrants there were in a state of multiple spank risk before nanny came arguing threatening yelling manipulating,red faced mothers,angry fathers,teasing siblings bawling kids BUT nanny has shown 10 million
viewers the "middle class way".
ADDITIONALLY:most nurseries and primary schools have run for 5 years a massive anti smacking campaign with lectures and posters.
These 2 things appear top have eradicated CP to all intents much as the attack is now on smoking rather than smacking!
Next it will be on booze.
the attacks on racism,homo phobia and greasy food are already underway with mixed results.
A new geneartion of even mildly middle class mums comes along and the lochelly tawse goes in the bin as a relic of WW1 and grandad.It never did properly in the 1960s now it has.
