Police Forensic Scientist & spank girls'knickers

Late last week there was a resonding crash here at Toffington Hall as the maid dropped a tray of sherry glasses when a loud announcement came over the wireless in the late afternon on the broadcasting Station "London L.B.C.News".
The male announcer matter of factly announced that a "Forensic Scientist"(possibly a graduate?)in the employ of "Scotland Yard"had met a female in a park under the deulison that she was aged 12 with the express request of being dressed up by her in her knickers and having his buttocks so clad be "spanked" by her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(The female was it stated an "undercover reporter"for a "Red Top"(or Red Bottom?)Drats!!!!
Hmmmm.How very very bizarre.
The garbled story was as usual so sound -byted and abbreviated that listners were left puzzled as to how this unfortunate could mistake a 21 year old female for a 12 year old girl-as described-maybe another midget case?(There has been yet another Traflagar Square "incident BTW but I digress).(Apparently initial contact may have been made over "The Internet"which might explain his deception-at least-at first)
Later versions of this story broadcast every 15 minutes late into the night unaccountable dropped mention of the knickers/spanking bit.Perhaps it was a bit too O.T.T for a half term junior audience?
We at Tofficngton Hall found this whole story very disturbing and promptly clicked off the bakelite valve set with a resounding "click".
