Meanwhile Westminster Council bans the viewing of all pornography in all its Library and Leisure Services by the installment of censorship filters on all its internet terminals a bit like the USSR China or The Mid East.
Oh dear what a moral pickle!
You cannot use Porn Industries to fund your libraries then ban porn in the libraries!
You must either come down on one side or the other!
In fact Westminster Council licences some of the most virulent gay porn in Western Europe!
Westminster must decide either porn is OK in which case they ought to allow users to access lawful porn
or it is not in which case they should immediatelky stop taking money from pornographic shops.

The City of Westminster Council charge every licensed sex shop within their borough over GBP 30,000 a year simply to operate.

The licenses are issue by the Department of Community Protection!!!
