Passengers on a late night returning Eurostar Express to London from DisneyLand Paris had their peace and quiet rudely interrupted in the carriage on Saturday Evening!
A large dysfunctional London underclass family had somehow got on and were returning from a Day trip to DisneyLand.
The journey was predictable interupted by their loud anarchic behaviour alternating with incresingly aggressive and yelled commands to the younger members of the "family"to sit still,do this,do that.
Their feet stank out the carriage by the way.
After an hour or so of their antics and stupid chit chat (many appeared to have been on the free vino)a tense situation arose whereby one fo the gypsy looking women yelled at the top of her voice red in the face I quote "As soon as we get off this train I am going to slap your bum very hard"!
to her younger brood.
Hmmm visions of the spanking dentist case arose.
Some of the more sensitive passengers were quite upset by this display of horribleness towards a child returning from what was supoosed to have been a treat.
The child protested that "they hadnt done anything"but appealed in vain near to tears to "Daddy"to help with little result.
It was obviously quite terrified.
We now had a situation where a child had been threatened with assault in full hearing of over 30 strangers in an enclosed space.
No train staff were in sight.
But as usual the threatened spanking did not appear to occur.
Most passengers managed to keep calm.
