Last Night on LBC Nick Abbott the talk show presenter digressed on his school days.
His show which has been on air now for some years was always punctuated by his little sound effects which he periodically interjected into the shows.Several were "school"themed:a funny voice saying "yes sir please more",
"Six of the best "etc and one of a whistling whip ending in a loud retort crack.
Mr.Abbott who has a qualifiction in psychology is proud of his upbringing but quite why these bizarre sounds should form part of his show has never been fully understood.
Last night he let proudly slip to London on air that "he had grown up at school under a regime of severe discipline (and inferred that this gave him confidence and a feeling of superiority)and that once he "had to do the walk of shame to the front of the class"whereupon he was severely strapped on his HANDS which were COLD at the time."He went on to regale listeners with the pertinant fact that strapping on cold bare flesh was "many times"more painful than on warm flesh.
Hmmmmmm.Not many people know that?

Other announcers have been heard to defend Max Mosley in fact I think it may have been Mr.Abbott again.(?)He said that if offered a large sum of money to thrash someone as hard as he could he would have no qualms about doing it but that he would feel he was "exploiting them".He said he would hit as hard as his physical strength allowed!
Hmmmm the show gets stranger and stranger.
Much more and listners may suspect that Mr.Abbotts unhealthy obbssession with CP may hide a strange peccadillo?
Meanhwile Ms.Sarah Kennedy continues to use phrases like "getting my wrists sort of slapped"and"its come into a big full round circle"(possibly referring to someones backside???)
