i attended an all boys boarding school in India. corporal punishment was widely used. i was first punished by my science teacher for incomplete books. most of the class had not completed their hw, and it had gone for checking.
the guy enters the class with a stick in his hand and canes almost everybody. he gave me around 4 strokes in all. That was the first time i was ever hit on the backside. That seemed to be the preferred part of the body for most teachers in the school, both male and female.
