VS motors in Norway have an M5 with 1033hp & 1091 NM turbo only. No NOS! Has normal interior (except for rollcage) & the driver uses it everyday. So the weight is like that of a normal M5. Much heavier than most other drag racers running 10 seconds.

It runs 9.41 @ 238km/h. Just goes to show that when you modify a car you go into a whole new ball-game. There's also an E30 M3 (4 cylinder) that does 8 seconds turbo only.

and how does it goes in 5 o'clock traffic.... or in the rain....

Apparently the owner has a Jaguar S-Type R for the rain & traffic. The point is the modified bakkies & Opels like to compare themselves to standard cars.

I am not a huge fan of BMWs, but this car is an impressive beast. There is an awesome video of it shifting around a track at



It is 28mb but well worth a look.

Not that even a standard M5 is underpowered. But still nice to see people doing good work like that on cars.
