Hi all

I thought all A4's had 4 speakers... But I see that my 2003 A4 Tdi with a symphony radio only has 2 front speakers - is this normal, or are the rear speakers "missing" in my car?

A4's have 10 speakers in total.

2 on each of the front doors
2 on each of the rear doors
a woofer on the rear shelf and,
a speaker in the front dash.

That is the setup on my dad's '02 A4 TDI.

Hi Rich,

Yes Ved is quite right and the "babies" at the top of each door are of course tweeters if I am not mistaken.

The woofer in the Avant is in right side boot compartment.

2 Rear door,
2 rear window
2 front dash
2 tweeters front door, high

Car: 2003 -A4 2.5 tdi quattro

1x in dash next to vent
1x tweeter and normal speaker(mids?) in each of the 4 doors(8speakers in total)
1x sub
1x small Audi amp.
