Andre I just checked the Mercedes SA club site.
R200 is fair, with a registration fee of R90, which includes a name tag for the member and for an extra R40 his or her partner also gets on.
Members only have access to their club bulletin board, online subscription to their e-newsletter,and the second hand market.
By doing that they get the true MB enthusiast to join their club.
All Centre's could join at an annual rate of R1000?? and be included in our support base.

Come Andre lets formalise the club, with a membership fee structure and in so doing ensure that the real enthusiast joins in. It sounds ok to say you only want donations, but that does not always work as it becomes a bit of an afterthought and does not really commit anyone.
When is the AGM by the way?

TJ, the constitution states:

6.2 The Financial Year End of the ACSA shall be the last day of June each year.

and

7.1 The ACSA will hold Annual General Meetings every twelve months, within two months following the Financial Year End.

The last one was held on 27 September 2003.

Thanks Gandalph, I am looking forward to the meeting next year then. In the meantime let me have banking details so that I can at least forward my contribution.

Since I have not done my job, must I consider myself fired Gandalf?

Andre, I just think it is important to have a AGM as soon as possible.
