The only truly objective way to choose a chip tuner is to phone them, get contact details of a client with the same car as yours that they've done, and speak to them.
The ones you need to worry about a) won't return your call, b) don't have a customer with a car like yours that they've done or c) won't give you such a customer's details, because they have something to hide.
Dyno numbers, etc all need to be taken with a truck-load of salt. They generally promise big numbers, but few have accurate dyno readings
on the same dyno, under the same conditions. And dyno readings differ wildly. My car was making 160+ kw's on one dyno, and made 101 kw at the Go Power dyno. So, literally, your mileage may vary when it comes to dyno's
