Lets all get together tomorrow night and celebrate the relaunching of both ACSA and a few Audi's (no pun intended, nor with any reference to the Airports Company of South Africa).

Just a few formalities and a quick reminder that the General Meeting will be held tomorrow night (Wednesday, 23 February 2005) at Jacksons Diner, Bruton Road, Bryanston, Johannesburg at 19:00 to elect the committee.

Each member is entitled to appoint one proxy (who need be a member of the Audi Club of South Africa) to attend, speak and vote in place of that absent member at the general meeting.

NOTES
1. A member may insert the name of a proxy of the member’s choice in the space provided with or without deleting "the chairman of the general meeting". Any such deletion must be initialed by the member. The person whose name appears first on the form of the proxy and has not been deleted will be entitled to act as the proxy to the exclusion of those whose names follow.

2. A member's instruction to the proxy must be indicated in the appropriate space provided. Failure to comply with the above will be deemed to authorise the proxy to vote or abstain from voting at the general meeting as the proxy deems fit in respect of all votes cast and in respect whereof abstention is recorded may not exceed the total of the votes exercisable by the member or by his proxy.

4.The completion and lodging of this form will not preclude the relevant member from attending the general meeting and speaking and voting in the person thereat to the exclusion of any proxy appointed in terms hereof, should such member wish to do so.

Thanks to all who wandered out to the venue for the GM. The new committee is elected, and the parade past the Audi Club members too the club upstairs was enjoyed by all.

Just a note to the new committee. Please arrange for our weeknight meetings to be on a Wednesday from now one. What an awesome sight(the chicks and Rob's S4)
