I'm stripping the Audi 500 turbo engine. Code on engine is "MC". The following is up for grabs:
1. Crank. All sizes standard. Bloomin' perfect condition. R1700.
2. Conrods and pistons. Rods in perfect condition. New pins and imported TRW piston rings on pistons. Not so sure about the pistons. Engineer cut 1mm off the top, but there are 5 other pistons available which I'll swap out. Bore is 81mm. R1500 for the set (rings were R750 alone).
3. 10-valve head. Precautionary rebuild done. New TRW intake and exhaust valves (all the way from the UK too), new hydraulic lifters, new guides, new seals, cleaned up beautifully, includes new stainless steel exhaust manifold studs and a new "Supertork" cam pulley (not the older square tooth item). Head is fitted with EFI bosses, but if you want the K-Jetronic inserts/bosses let me know. She's ready to go. R3250.
4. Also have a wastegate with bellows available. R900 but negotiable.
Will also swap out the MC crank for a good one from a 2.3 AAR/NF/NG or 2.2 AAN/3B/ADU/ABY (like anyone has one of those around) engine.
