Does it mean they will be more lenient or worse stickier about claims.
Perhaps drop in the cost of FWP is in order since it will be in-house administered.

Audi takes over a loss making division of Stannic, to provide there clients with a better service and they are 'trying to cream it'?
MMM, better explain that for the rest of us.
I think many of us have had problems with Freeway Plan while it was under Stannic control. Surely it is then in the best interests of Audi to try and salvage what they can of there reputation?

"Audi takes over a loss making division of Stannic"
Mayor, may I ask WHO controls the spares costs, labour costs etc (which would be basically what the FWP boils down to??)
O.K. The importer does not control ALL of these factors - granted. But it is not Stannic that imported the spares to repair Audi's under FWP - is it? It was probably Audi SA.
So if Stannic operated at a loss, it might very well have been because Audi SA overcharged them ....
Hey I don't know ... just as they say in Afrikaans "gooi 'n klip in die bos ...". However, I think it might just be possible I've got a point here.

Ah. So now Audi SA gets to decide the labour rates with no external influences? And buys parts for whatever price they can obtain that is the free market called Audi Germany?
mmm, your single handed crusade against Audi seems odd.
