I went with DV hips for Dubheasa, Jago and recently submitted xrays for Flann, because DV certifies at 1 year. As far as a ZTP, you also need a BH. If you go with OFA, the earliest you'd be able to do a ZTP would be two years old. If you go with DV Hips you could do the ZTP as soon as you had a BH (15 months)
