Bowling Green State University has a wonderful study abroad program in Salzburg. Some music students here have studied at the Mozarteum while studying German in Salzburg University. All of their music classes were credited. Now, I am not exactly sure if it is possible to do the study abroad program, take music lessons in the Mozarteum (since technically, it's still Bowling Green State Uni because it's their study abroad program) and then come back in the USA and have a Masters.
