Hi. I'm a singer who's lived in Germany for 20 years. A few of you may remember a book I published long ago called "A Singer's Guide to Auditioning in Germany" (which is long since out of print). "What the Fach" seems to be a great source for today's singers planning an audition tour and should any of you need a place to stay in Berlin, I have a furnished 1-Bedroom flat which might be interesting to you.
It's a nice, comfortable, clean (and new) place on a small lake in Berlin - 15 minutes from Alexander Platz and 20 from Hauptbahnhof (main train station). The apartment is located on the second floor of my townhouse and has it's own separate entrance.
And...my music room is available to guests when I'm not using it!
It may not be your cheapest choice, but if having a practice room, laundry service and other anemities is important to you, then check it out at:

Liebe Grüsse aus Berlin!
