Sniper

Hi,
I think the Verlinden standing soldier of kit 1496 "tankbuster" would be a good choice. No winter uniform. Although he's not aiming his rifle to someone, he looks as he's preparing to do so. All you need to do is change his rifle with a sniper one (kar 98 w scope) and it's ready for your purpose. Take a look:
