Painting with those acrylics!!!!!!!!

I have bought a load of the vallejo paints and not being happy with the finish i now add the tamiya flat base and it gives an excellent matt finish. However, the easy days of Humbrol enamel where if i put a spot of paint in the wrong place was easily removed with white spirit how do you remove acrylic as even with the retarder it is impossible. HELP.
