In Camouflage Uniforms of the German Wehrmacht, by Palinckx & Borsarello ,published by Schiffer, ISBN9780764316234, there are photo's of Wehrmacht camo covers that can be reversed to white.
All 4 main seams can be seen but the white side does not have the foliage loops stitched on but the top loop camo' ones shape can be seen from the underside as a slight raised area on the white side.
