panzer jacket : black or field grey

need your advise.
gonna start painting Verlinden's Leibstandarte Panzer Officer.
The box-art shows a black panzer wrap, but I checked
the LSAH-website, can make it field grey ( for assault ).
What should you do?

Generally speaking if he's a Panzer (tank) crewman, then it is a black uniform. If he is in a Sturmgeschutz, Self propelled gun, 250 or 251 then it is a Feldgrau uniform.

but what looks nicer? Can turn this bust in a Strumgeschütz-officer.

Only black is very boring.
