Otto Skorzeny was the founder of the German special forces. He participated in numerous operations include Operation Grief and Rescue of Mussocini. He was once regarded as the Most Dangerous Man in Europe.

The model shows that he was observing the trainning of the fake G.I. together with a Sgt in his unit.
The point is he won't wear his official uniform and the badges in the frontline(sniper's target).
That camouflaged Kar98k is the firearm of that Sgt, whereas the silenced sten was Skorzeny's favourite weapon.

do you think its face looks similiar to Skorzeny?

mutilated zombie you have there. Would look great in a House of the Dead game or something...you should contact the developers

Seriously, you have a long way to go but keep at it and do some research on some new techniques and I think you'll be well on your way

That your brushes and paint are too thick!
If you want to give it an other try on the same figure you can put them in ovencleaner for a night. The next day the paint is goners.
What kind of figure is it? Tamiya?

Hendrik

Yes, it is Tamiya's officer figure.

I know the face may look like aliens, the point is it is very difficult to draw the cheeks on a face with no facelines.

In addition, Skorzeny's left face has a long and curved scar on it. So making that scar causes the left face to be unclear.

Tamiya figures aren't that great. You could try some Hornet heads, as these are much better detailed. Part of painting a good figure is having a good figure to paint! Another important part is practice and studying techniques of experienced painters. Pay attention to mold seams as well. Try scraping them off with a sharp blade, then go over the area with fine sand paper. Good Luck!
