For a novice amateur horologist it's pretty heady wine- I would never, six months ago, have thought that it would be possible that I would have an opportunity to see the pieces I saw, and to meet some of the people behind some of the finest watches in the world, to say nothing of meeting some of the world's most distinguished experts and collectors in person- and then to be asked to write up the event!
